Influencer Marketing & Brand Strategy

OVERVIEW

Welly and Welly Kids is a health-focused brand focused on reimagining how we consume fruits and vegetables by making them convenient, accessible, and enjoyable. The brand’s core offering includes fruit bites and instant smoothies made from 100% whole foods.

WORK

Over the past few months, I partnered with Welly to build awareness and engagement leading up to their launch at Woolworths. The project centered on encouraging influencers, dietitians, and nutritionists to join Welly’s Ambassador Program, creating authentic UGC in exchange for products.

 

Influencer Collaboration Strategy: Developed a curated list of 150+ micro-influencers aligned with Welly’s values and audience. Managed outreach, product distribution, and relationship-building to facilitate impactful content creation.

 

Ambassador Program: Successfully enlisted 20 influencers to join Welly’s Ambassador Program, creating a community of brand advocates. These ambassadors produced engaging, real-life content showcasing Welly products and their health benefits.

 

UGC Campaigns: Led UGC initiatives that encouraged influencers to feature Welly products in natural, relatable settings. This approach not only enhanced brand authenticity but also generated a library of content for use across Welly’s social platforms and marketing campaigns.

 

RESULTS


Boosted pre-launch brand visibility and engagement, built a strong, engaged network of micro-influencers and ambassadors who continue to champion the brand, and created a robust collection of UGC that positioned Welly as a trusted, health-conscious choice among families and wellness advocates.


This project highlighted the power of storytelling and authentic content in fostering emotional connections, perfectly aligning with my passion for creating meaningful, lasting impact.
